The West Hartford Art League is a non-profit 501(c)3 charitable organization that depends on donations to meet its expenses. 

We believes the arts are vital to our community, region, and the people in it.  Monthly art exhibits, year round classes and community outreach programs, and scholarships are just a few of the ways we bring the arts into the lives of our members and the people of our community.

Our art camp continues to engage children with a variety of classes every July, and we’re proud to announce that ArtWalk is now entering its seventh year of bringing art into the community.

Free monthly exhibits in our two galleries feature work by local, regional and national artists, and our five annual juried exhibitions attract artists from throughout Connecticut. Our three sessions of classes taught by over 20 professional instructors offer opportunities for everyone, from the beginner to the more serious professional, and we have recently added sculpture and quilting to our roster.
