The West Hartford Art League is pleased to invite you to our annual Fine Arts Festival, a beloved community event that celebrates creativity, connection, and the visual arts. This juried festival brings together talented artists, art lovers, families, and visitors from across the region for a vibrant day dedicated to artistic excellence and cultural enrichment. The Festival will take place on our parklike grounds.
